Will I get six pack abs?!


Question: Will I get six pack abs!?
Hey Guys

I'm 18 yrs old, my weight is 66kg ad my height is 178cm!.

I just bought the Abcoaster and i think it's a good machine for the abs!.

I know that 6 packs don't appear easily and i need to follow a strict diet and proper workout!.

I don't like to follow a complicated diet!.

My questions are:

Is eating an egg for the breakfast, apple for lunch, pinneapple for dinner plus drinking plenty of water a good diet!?

How long will it take me to get the 6 packs if i keep running everyday for a while, play on the Abcoaster and follow my diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That tiny list of food sounds like a bad diet plan!. I mean you need to find a daily diet you can live with!. If you just try to cut out the fats but don't get freaky about it enough will sneak through to give you what you need!. If you learn about nutrition and supplements just a little you will be all set to eat healthy and get looking great!. It does not take a degree in nutrition to know you ought to stay away from chocolate cake and the second scoop of ice cream!. Just cutting back on junk food and junk drinks could get you well on your way depending on how many cookies you eat and how many pizza slices you put away!. Think of your approach being about everything you put in your mouth!. Ask yourself if it's a good thing or a bad thing!. Than just eat only what you need!.
You will need to eat regularly and get active if you want to look fit!. I mean you can't just diet your way into fitness!. So, pump some iron and do same push-ups and run some sprints and all that stuff!. You'll look like an International Underwear Model in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, your starving yourself by doing that!.
If your body goes into starvation mode, it will take you longer to lose weight!.

You need to eat a well balanced meal through out the day!. Fruits are NOT enough!.

For breakfast eat oatmeal and one slice of whole wheat bread with low fat milk

For lunch have a chicken salad with egg whites and an orange

for a snack have a celery or any fruit

and for dinner, eat some tuna fish, or tuna with sandwiches, trust me, if you do this or something similar to this, you will lose weight in a healthy way!.

If you want to get a six pack, you need to do a lot of cardio work to lose weight first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an egg, apple and pineapple together is not a balanced diet!.

if you're running every day then you don't have to worry about a complicated diet, just stay away from processed foods and high fat content!. Don't worry about carbs, you're excercising a lot and your body needs them for just that!.

The time it takes to achieve a 6 pack is different for everyone, I would imagine it can be achieved in about 6 weeks if you train hard with a bmi already in the norm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's not enough food your body will go into a starvation mode and will lose weight slowing and you won't gain any muscle definition because your body will start to eat it for energy!. try this start eating healthy and eat five small meals a day and don't eat at least and hour before you go to bed this will put your body into a constant burn mode and use up those calories your putting and then some which will come from your fat!. also try to cut your caloric intake down by about 25%Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats a bit to few calories
you will get hungry and start picking at things!. you need to add one thing AT LEAST to each meal!. such as a peice of toast etc!. make sure you drink a glass of watter b4 and after each meal to help fill you up!. take a vitomen everyday too!. work out in the morning and at night so it dosnt get boring and to lengthie!. hope that helped!. <3QWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO, thats an awful diet, you cant' just eat an egg and an apple for the day , you'll lose fat at first , then gain it back!. eat 4-6small meals a day each containing about 300 calories and you'll be fine,Www@Answer-Health@Com

With that kind of diet I would recommend going down to the local liquor store and get a 6 pack!.!.!.!.cause the one you proposed will be long and slow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The diet you want to go on is too low in calories, but you DO need a low calorie diet to get a six pack!. People with six packs also eat a good bit of protien!. The egg for breakfast is good!. I'd maybe add lowfat string cheese, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, or lowfat cottage cheese with your apple at lunch because that will help you get your protien for the day!. Pineapple isn't enough for dinner; For dinner I'd recommend eating a bunch of vegetables (even if you don't like them), and lean meat like boneless skinless chicken breast or chunk light tuna!. The protein I mentioned and vegetables will help keep you fuller longer and give you the energy to work out!. Believe me, if you're not eating enough, working out will become difficult because you'll have no energy!.

If you run daily, use the ab coaster, and follow a low calorie diet!.!.!. I'd say within a month you'll notice that your stomach is flatter!. Then within the next few months, you might see some definition!. It takes a good while to finally see a full ripped six pack, sometimes even a year or so!. But if you are patient and work hard, it will pay off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
