the only reason i'm asking is i want to get fit again before i resume my exercise (dancing, long distance and gym) hmm so i feel that if i was to go back now i would pretty much have a heart attack!. lol!. so just easy things that i can do to improve fitness FASTWww@Answer-Health@Com

The easiest thing to do is start walking!. Go walk for 30 minutes every night of the week!. If you come home and you feel good, kick it up to 45 minutes the next night!. NEVER go over an hour!.
Walking is the best exercise!. It's easy, it's fun, you can go with friends or family or a pet!. It's low-impact and it'll help get you back to a stronger level of fitness!. That lets you get into those activities you like!.
