Workouts to build upper body strength, using limited equipment?!
Question: Workouts to build upper body strength, using limited equipment!?
I am wondering what some good workouts to build upper body strength would be, using the limited equipment I have at home, which is a bench and 5lb-25lb dumbbell set!. I already am quite fit, I run at least 8kms everyday, but I find that my upper body strength is lacking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
