Question: How can a 183 lbs, 14, 5'10" girl lose weight!?
I already only drink water and no soda or coffee for 4 years, and I don't eat a lot of sweets!. What are some high energy food and great fat burning exercises I can do!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

come on,you really dont know!?!?cut off an arm!no,just joking!.!.!.haha!.!.!.do cardio and toning exercises 6 days/week and calorie shift your food portions!.!.as long its all healthy foods,you can lose about 9-12 lbs/month,which is fast but also safe enough!.!.!.dont go for silly fad diets!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
