OMG Im scared would I get bulky?

if I did this every other day?
4 sets of leg exercises
4 sets of stomach exercises
4 sets of arm,chest,and back exercises
30 minutes on the treadmill

As long as you keep the rep range between 12 and 15 on a relatively light weight this sounds like a good programme to start increasing muscle tone.

Muscle tone and muscle bulk are entirely different and it will be very hard for you to start looking bulky!!! Women have to train in a specific way and eat a specific diet in order to gain muscle so it is alot harder than you think.

From this programme you will notice increased muscle tone and you may lose some body fat but you will not look bulky!!! So go ahead and try it - enjoy your new toned look!!!
