Answers:
maybe do a light set!. just to keep them movingWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it was another part of your body, I might tell you to maybe rest one day!. But abs is one of those muscles in your body that recovers more quickly then other parts of your body!.

Take it slow and warm up first!.!.!.you might notice that the soreness goes away after a short warm up!. Then you can start your ab workout!.

If your abs starts feeling pain!.!.!.stop and rest!.
Hope this helps~ Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could do some yoga,pillates!.!.!.!.if you're not into it, try at least a brisk walk, just to keep up with your program, but if you wanna take a break it's fine,we should let the muscle relax too, otherwise you give up for good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should!. As professional doctors say workouts may leave you sore!. A little or alot!. If it's your first time or you've done this alot, you still may be sore!. =) Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
