Not sure if I believe the "you can't get a six pack or flat tummy by doing crunches, you have to have a low body fat" theory is universal!.!.!.everyone has different bodies!. I don't really have a super low body fat (I think it's 23% I believe) but it's not that high either!.!.!.I've been doing crunches on a ball and bicycle crunches!.!.!.my tummy has been getting flatter but not completely there yet!. Although a low body fat won't hurt either! I guess it also depends where you store fat the most or least!. I suggest doing variations of crunches!.!.!.crunches on a ball, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
