How can i tone up and loose weight. what diet should i go on?!


Question: How can i tone up and loose weight!. what diet should i go on!?
Ok Basically im about a size 10-12, which im happy with, i am 10stone and am 5'2 but i also have very big boobs 34FF!.
The doctor told me they add to my weight!.
But id still like to tone up my stomach and stop eating junk food!.
By junk i dont mean chocolate bars and crisps!.
Unfortunatly my addiction is weetabix, Tea(With milk and sugar) and white toast with lurpak butter!.
I normally eat that everday and dont have meals!. I walk 2!.8 miles everday but somtimes i dont feel this is long enough!.
From today i want to eat more healthily!. My problem is i dont like fruit and the only vegetable i like are peas!. The reason i dont like fruit is not because of the flavour, but the texture!. And i would drink smoothies but i dont like the bits!.

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.
