It will be alot harder to build muscle without proper "step-up" equipment!. You will more likely tone!
However if you do enough of the exercises below you should see impact!.
crunches and situps for abs
pushups for chest and triceps
using a weight doing curls to improve biceps
adding weight to yourself then lunging up stairs to add muscle to legs
that's really it unless you get a weights set!

you need resistance training to be in the 8-12 range in order to build muscle efficiently, so it would be really hard to do that with household items considering you have to work out your body with various lifts for all muscle groups!. If you have to work out at home, you have to invest in more weights, bars, bench, rack ect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pilates is very helpful with strengthening your core and arm muscles!. It's very helpful that some routines take less than 10 minutes, you do not need any special equipment and it does not put a single ounce of stress on your body!. Go to youtube and search "sculpting pilates" and try the first video!. It's from the 10 Minute Solution series with Lara Hudson!. If you like it, stick with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
