What can vegitarians eat/ how do they get all the proteins in their diet?

i recentally visited the zoo, wherei read some disterbing facts and am now trying to go vegeetarian. i'm just not sure how im going to survive so like basically what to eat to stay healthy.

I am glad that you are going vegan. I think its the way to go. Anyways eating vege doesnt mean you cant survive. There are plently of food that are high in proteins and yet not fattening.

Some of the high Protein Vege foods are

1. Nuts
2. legumes, whole grains, and vegetables
3.products made from these natural foods, such as tofu.
