Lumpy arms?!

Question: Lumpy arms!?
I asked a fitness expert several weeks ago how to get rid of "wings" on my upper arms!. I was told to use a stretch "rope" above my head several times a day!. Another lady did that exercise, and she said she got rid of her "wings!." I tried it and within two weeks, my arms just above and below my elbows became very lumpy and unsightly!. Does anyone know of any exercise to get rid of these lumps!? I have stopped the stretch rope exercise!. (I much prefer the wings to the lumpy sight!.) I started using the UBE at the gym for upper arm exercises yesterday, but it's far too soon to tell if it will make my lumpy arms better!. Any suggestions are very welcome!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's common for people who are changing their exercise strategies and diet to experience changes like that!. Especially if your arms are losing the extra flab or "Wings" as you put it!. What those are, are fat building onto your arms and they get the wing-like shape because your arm skin stretches out to make room for the extra and it doesn't hold firm to the bone like smaller arms!. When you lose fat mass on your upper arms, depending on the elasticity of your skin, they will shrink but the fat underneath the skin takes much longer to get rid of!. What I'd suggest is to just keep to the exercise until the fat-loss in your arms catches up to the skin tightening, and maybe ask your doctor or pharmacist about a good cellulite- reducing cream or lotion because some really work well on problems such as this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you did not like the ropes you may not like the other
alternatives but i suggest these triceps exercises:

*Arm lunges - you must lift a weight high in the air and bring it
down your back to about your shoulder blade, start with a
bearable weight and do as many reps until exaustion!!

* bench pull ups - hang off a bench where a 90 degree angle present and pull your self up and down until exaustion

*reverse push ups - instead of doing push ups facing your chest do it so it faces your shoulder blades, if you are not flexible enough i suggest you do it on a angle off a bench

* cosmetic surgery- if by any chance exercise will not fix the problem there is cosmetic surgery not always suggested but its a sure fire way to getting rid of them!!

Here is a website that will give you a better understanding and exercise routines for your triceps:
