Question: My heart was beating really hard!?
Last night I was playing a pretty mean game of badminton!. I don't usually have that much intensive exercise, I just walk on a treadmill every 2 days or so for 20 mins at a time!.
Anyway my heart was beating so hard that it didn't feel right, and when I put my hand on my chest it felt like my heart was RIGHT UNDER MY HAND, you know!? Iv'e been 'puffed out' before, but not like this, it just didn't feel right!.
Should I feel worried!?

its not bad its called positive stress!. its stress when ur working and ur tored out its just tht ur heart was pumping blood so fast and it could only do so much!. as long as u replensihed the sweat and helped out your heart by drinking water your good and if ur that worried go see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
this happens when there is too much adrenalin in our system!. When me and my boyfriend got together, my heart was beating so fast, I felt like it was going to explode!.

I think its just cuz your body is not used to all the exersice, but im no doctor if your really worrued go see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
