I'm just trying to get fit and tone over the summer, and it said having a good breakfast is fantastic!. What would be the Perfect breakfast for a teenager!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe 2 or 3 scrambled eggs for protein!.
a piece of toast!. whole grain works best!.
some fruit!.
and maybe a spoonful of peanut butter!.
peanut butter gives you energy so you can get active!.

low GI fruit like apple, grapefruit, or cherries
whole wheat toast or oatmeal

you could also do some low-fat yogurt or cottage cheese!. peanut butter on the toast, even!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

egg omlet with ham and light cheese and orange juice or lowfat milk
