I run my dog at 5!.30am each morning and 4!.30pm after work each evening 6k's a day but I get w/ends off - 5 days a week 2x daily!.
I also work each day where I am outside and on my feet!.
No I don't use a gym as I get enough exercise!. I am working on getting a house gym soon though!.
I am 5f8" around 1!.8m tall and weigh 64kgs!. My BMI is 19!.7Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the way that i keep fit is that i run every morning for 35 minutes (6kms) and then in the afternoon i bike ride for 30 minutes!. i do not have a home gym as i prefer to go outside,plus i am only 14 so i don't have the money either!. i do sit ups and squats every day and when i am home alone i dance, it really keeps me fit!! my height is 158cm and i weigh 49kg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
