Question: I need to lose wieght before school starts, help me!?
im only 13, and im starting to pack on the pounds, i tried eating more healthy, and im doing a little bit of exersise, but i need help!. im too young!.please, im in needWww@Answer-Health@Com

i am in the same boat as you and ive made it my goal to loose weight this summer!. i have already started and to motivate myself, this may sound a little silly but i made a table and wrote down my ideal weight!. what i am now and all the weight in between!. i do 1 hour of exercise everday and eat healthfully!. my tip is to drink cold water it burns more calories!. weigh yourself in the morning, after going to the toilet!. do this only once a week though!. dont be disappointed if sometimes you dont loose any 1-3 pounds a week is healthy!.
tips to follow
dance stupidly in your room (door closed)
drink cold water
1 hour of exercise a day minimum
leave stuff in your room so you have to go up the stairs a bit more
cleaning (sorry i know it is boring)
watch the shopping channels for weird dance and exercise routines and copy them!.
carry on eating healthfully

dancing really helps, if u can get in2 it, especially to reggaeton or hip hop, songs with a fast beat, where u can have fun, lose weight and tone ur body, im 17 tried it, it really worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

OK well as a 13 year old in good shape all I can say is EXERCISE!. I know it sounds stupid but being fit feels better than being skinny!. Keep eating health like you are and DONT STOP EATING!. That is dangerous and can ultimatley kill you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat small healthy meals every 4 hours and drink only water at other times!.!.!.you are only 13,so get active in martial arts and sports!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
