i have a stomach ache and i am really bloated, my period just left like friday!.!.i have been eating 2 much lately and i really don't do exercise!. I am also like really tired!. Is that from eating 2 much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's probably from eating too much, feeling sluggish from not exercising, and the aftermath of the period!.
try: eating more fruits and veggies, taking vitamins, supplements, eg!. iron to replace what was lost during your period!.!.!.and so some exercise!.!.!.try yoga if you don't want to leave the house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
