Question: How can i lose 30 pounds in thirteen days easy!?
I am thirteen years old and i weigh 150 lbs and i am tired of being the fat girl in class!. i whant to suprise every one when i go back to school!. I whant them to say whose that!.

but the thing is you have to be happy with you!. that's sounds cheesy as hell I know, but screw everyone else!.

if you really want to lose weight, lose weight to be a stronger person!. do it for youselfe!. any diet tat loses 30 pounds in 13 days is really bad for you!.

get on a good routine!. eat well!. do some jogging every day!.!.EVERY DAY!. and you'll be in shape before you know it!. 30 pounds can probably be lost in about 4 months!.

Sorry hun but there aint no way to loose that much 'easily,' or that much in thirty days, without a surgury you can't afford or qualify for!. But don't be discouraged! You can still start eating healthy and start exercising now! You may not get the surprise 'wow' you want in thirty days, but in a few months time, you can get there!. And high school isn't far away, you can hit your goal in time to impress a whole new group of people who never knew you as 'the fat girl in class!.' Keep your chin up and don't let those mean girls get you down!. I promise your teenage years do not last forever!. Someday you will look back on them, and be glad they are over!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1- Don't eat things containing a lot of sugar(carbs) or fat(saturated and trans)!.
2- Run for 20 minutes once or twice per day (just after you wake up and/or 30 minutes after supper)!.
3-Don't eat french fries, hambergers!.!.!.
4- Don't drink beer, coke!.!.!.only water!.
5- When you are really hungry, eat fruits and vegies, or yogourt 0% M!.F!.
6- Eat cereal high in fibers and protein (this will minimise the hunger feeling during evening)
7- Drink water before going to sleep (to not be hungry during night)!.

Get a gym pass and start running!. Then during the school year you'll get thinner!.

But you should be more happy and do it for yourself and not everyone else!. It shouldn't matter what they think, only what you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I once lost 6 pounds in 3 days though, but that was because of drugs!.!.!. never again!. Had to go the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
