I skip breakfast to lose weight and sometimes lunch. But my problem is I am gain!

I skip breakfast to lose weight and sometimes lunch. But my problem is I am gaining weight instead. Help pls.?

Eat three small healthy meals a day and exercise. Exercise in the morning and evening before bed.
