Question: I want to lose 10 pounds by September!. Maybe more!?
Right now I weigh 144 at 5"8!.5, and i eat a lot!. today my goal is 1800 calories and i excercised!. for excercise i did 45 minutes on the elleptical and i did strength for 15 minutes!. i also gotta work later today which i have to stand and walk around for , for 4 hours not much but i do clean every day and walk everywhere i go , its easy because i live in the city next to everything i need or want!. but anyways do you think its possible for me to lose 10 pounds by september , i want to lose 10 but also lose a lot of body fat and tone up to!. mostly just in my stomach and upper leg area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
