Question: Please help me! i think i am WAYYY over weight!!?
im a 13 year old girl, 5 foot tall and weigh 140!.
my brother weighs that and he is 6 foot and 15! i cry over my weight everynight!. when im in clothes people say i look normal, but they havent seen my stomach!. its all baby fat!. i recently joined LIfetime but it hasent helped much :( if you know any ways to LOSE the fat !., PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE tell me! im totally despriate now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok hun heres the deal!.!.!. im 19 5' tall and weigh 130!. i am completly satisfied with the way i look and i think you are just the right weight for your age!. your brother must be stick thin girl!. believe when i tell you this when i compare myself to my brother i feel like a walrus!. so now ive stopped comparing myself to him!. its a waste of time and emotions!. right now i go funning for thirty minutes a day!. it is toning my body but im not losing weight!. you should do the same thing!. you will feel much better about your body!. and girl please please dont ever compare yourself to an actress or model on tv!. they are the abnormal ones!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Girl settle down you seem fine! There is certinally no need to cry over it every night!. Your brother must be SKIN AND BONES!
Exerciseing never hurts though!
Try doing sit-ups, if your not used to doing sit-ups do 5 the first 3 nights, then 10 then next 3 nights and work your way up to 20!. Or if you start out with 20 the first night, when you try and roll out of bed the next morning your stomach will be in PAIN because your not used to doing that!.
Do 20 push-ups each night (you don't need to start with 5 and work your way up like you do with sit-ups because this wont hurt you!.
Run each day!.
Maybe lift a few dumb-bells around the house!.

Just keep at it and you'll be lookin better then ever!

hmm, your kinda overweight for me coz i weigh 120 when i was in grade 5 and i am 5'3 at that time!. but dont feel bad, enjoy life!. ^^

and uhm, dont ever ever think that you are fat coz u know why, being sexy is in the way a person dress and the persons' personality!. ^^

and for the excercise thing, try to jog every morning and before dinner!. it helps you make your metabolism faster and keep away from the sodas!. ^^

You sound fine!. Why can't you just enjoy your life which at the moment doesn't involve having to pay bills, look after screaming children and go to a job everyday that you hate!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
