Weight gain!!??!


Question: Weight gain!!!?!?
i am currently 120lbs stats 32-24-34!. I would like to gain weight but i dont want to gain weight in such a way that would throw off my waist to hip ratio or make my hips less than 10 inches bigger than my waist!.Does anyone know for sure if i do put on weight, exactly where i would gain it!? How can i tell!? would i gain it in the same proportions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just lift weights a lot and do a bunch of strength training!. Then eat a lot of protein to maintain your muscles!. And muscle weighs more than fat! That's a good way to gain weight without getting fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no way to really know, but I had a friend that was about like you and wanted to gain weight and it all went straight to her belly and thighs, you sound like a fine size!.!.!.If I were you I wouldn't try to gain any weight, maybe just work out for more muscle !.

eating lots of fast food,u could go to the GNC store they have healthy vitamins shake !.My husband tried it and it works,but they don't taste very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just do it slowly!. Eat alot of protein!.!.!. Lift weights as you do it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
