Add a little fun to your recovery process!. Go to Whole Foods or another nice grocery store and purchase some of your favorite and nutritious foods!. Make it a scavenger hunt for your tummy!. Plenty of protein and carbs are in order here! Don't hold back and no guilt! It's past time to show some love and appreciation for your body!. Your body is the great physical manifestation that is willing to house and care for your soul, your life, and breath! Now it's your turn to show some appreciation and care in return!. Think of your body as a dear friend!. You would never judge, starve, or give up on a dear friend!. So don't do this to your body! Find a positive and affirming mantra to say to yourself as you cruise through the grocery store!. Something like: "I am ever growing in my health, happiness, and well being!. This food will serve my body and soul!." Make it a rule for yourself that you will never even glance at the daily percentage guides on the back of food packaging!. That has no place, purpose, or value to you any longer!. All that matters at this point is becoming carefree, health, and at peace with your life and body!.

Sending you plenty of good energy! Congratulations on your recovery process!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just hang in there! its wonderful that you're recovering, I've known some friends who have gone through it and I've seen first hand how tough it really is!. keeping to a 2500 diet is about all you can do as long as you make sure its healthy!. building muscle is also great way to make that 110 marker because muscle weighs more!. keep at it and talk to your doctor about how much exercise your body can handle at this point!. the best of luck to you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just dont eat junk food to gain weight!. Thats just gaining fat!.
