I am trying to loose 10 lbs...?!


Question: I am trying to loose 10 lbs!.!.!.!?
I do the eliptical machine for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week!. I do not diet but I also do not stuff my face with junk food!. Is this good enough in order for me to loose the 10 lbs!?

I burn about 200-225 claories on the eliptical in 30 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It has diet plans, etc!. You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day!. It will give you a workout routine if you want one and if you don't it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat without exercise and still lose the weight!. Plus it offers meal plans too!. I could have actually lost more but I have been slacking a lot!.It allows you to create a blog, keep track of what you've eaten, and your fitness!. Along with some other things!.It is kind of set up like myspace if you are familiar with that, but it is only for weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may be possible, but if you really want to lose 10 pounds, I'd probably increase your excercise time to an hour, and do a little something everyday!. I'm not telling you to diet, but try to eat more fruits and veggies and not so much bread and sweets!. Allow yourself 3 sweets a week!. You're sure to frop 10 pounds just like that!.

PS: This isn't just to lose 10 pounds, this is also just a healthy lifestyle!.

Add this to your routine twice a week for 45 mins to an hr and you should be leaner within a week and feel results within a day of doing the workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you ask me,i need at least a month to lose 10 lbs via working out 6 days a week doing cardio and toning exercises and calorie shifting my food portions!.!.elipticals are cardio based!.!.!.you need some toning as well!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ive just lost 10lbs in 2 weeks, i eat 1000calories a day, lots of water!. cardio and some crunches!.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
