How can i lose weight in a safe way?!


Question: How can i lose weight in a safe way!?
im 13 and i need to lose about 45 to 55 pounds!. but i cant excercices becuase i have alot of sergery on my right leg!. no drags!!! but i need to lose weight before school starts september 3rd or something like that!. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat healthy eat chicken or eat veggies and drink lots of water don't eat much bread and eat what you'd actually eat , not small proportions eat normal but healthy dont watch tv lift weights espcialy eat oatmeal papaya things that make you go to the restroomWww@Answer-Health@Com

its never good to lose weight fast, o average you should aim to lose 2 lbs a week, but most people will lose 8-9 lbs in there 1st week of dieting but it then starts to take longer to burn off, i lost one and half stone just by eating more fruit and veg tables and cutting out drinking and chocolate, that was over 4 weeks :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
