Thigh workout? - Plz help!?!


Question: Thigh workout!? - Plz help!!?
I'm 12 years old, 5'3, 87lbs!. My thighs seem a little flabby and I've been trying to work them out but nothing seems to be happening!. I ride bike (not every day but I try) and when we have gym in the fitness room I always get on a bike or use one of those weight thingermabobs you use with your legs!.
Any tips for me!?

And please don't say like I've heard people, "Oh, your only 12 don't worry about your weight" -- I don't wanna hear that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do

50 lunges
50 frogjumps
50 squates
jog for 30 minutes ( optional)

this will give you amazing thighs girl!

and keep riding the bike!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

squat and move your knees closer and farther apart from each other while still squatting
and you have to do these things (like bike riding) on a regular basis and it'll usually be a while (few weeks) before you'll notice a difference!.
Just stick with what your doing for a while and if your thighs are still flabby in a year after 5 mile bike rides everyday, then you're just eating WAYYY too much

It is one thing saying that you want to lose weight at such a young age but it is never to early to get in a healthy habit of working out!. Something more young people should do because it will carry with you when you become an adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you are growing, so the fact that your body will change and expand and grown in so many ways, theres really no reason to stress!. why dont you just wait till you start growing height wise and possibly put on some weight n then start to tone so that it will turn into muscle !.!.!.

your 87 pounds!. thats already way too skinny for your height!. try to gain so muscle fat then you'll be skinny but in shape and healthy and strong!. lift weights and stuff and for things- squats are good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put your back agains the wall in a sitting position and stay there for 30 seconds at a time!. repeat it about 3 times!. I do this for field hockey it works your thighs the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk up and down stairs!!! its good your taking an interest in your health!.!. as long as your still eating properly and healthy you'll be fine!.!.!. drink lots of water too!.!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
