Make a list of why you want to lose weight, how losing weight will change your life, what things you can't do now but could if you lost weight!. As you start to see changes, keep taking out the lists and remember why you started in the first place!. Make note of when you are able to do something you didn't before because of your weight!.!.!.I don't know how much you have to lose, but this (and looking back at "before" pictures) really helped me (I've lost over 180 lbs-Weight Watchers and exercise)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look at yourself in the mirror in your underwear!. If you don't like what you see, remember it next time you want to reach for that chocolate chip cookie!.

I do it every morning!. That's all of the motivation I ever need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
