Wanting to slim down for a wedding in less than a week?!


Question: Wanting to slim down for a wedding in less than a week!?
I have a wedding to go to in less than a week and I will be seeing alot of family that I have not seen in a while!. I want to look great my bf color coordinated his shirt and tie with my outfit so I need mine to look awesome!. Any ideas on like a 2-3 lbs weight loss would be awesome!.

P!.s!. I already know that I should have planned this out weeks ago but my life has been crazy so please dont tell me that I should have planned thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

A loss of two to three pounds won't even be noticeable!. Take a midol the day before and day of and drink lots of water, your will loose that much in water weight!. But it won't even be worth it, it's so unnoticable!. Don't rely on the scale numbers to tell you that you look good!. Listen to your bf when he tells you you look good ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a toughy!. You can go for a wrap (it gets rid of a lot of "water-weight" but can cause you to lose a few inches for a 48hour period!.

Eating well/exercising (burn off more calories than you intake) might work if you exercise on a regular basis (usually if you're not used to exercising you'll put on a couple pounds the first week)

Otherwise you can invest in a waist cincher or body shaper/slimmer, depending on where it is you want to look slimmer!. Even places like Walmart carry them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the best and healthiest way to do it, is to just eat healthy, cut out the soda, candy and anything else that looks like it has too much sugar in it!. by cutting out soda you cut out like 300 calories!. and just excersise everyday till the wedding day, but DON'T over do it!. Try runnning or walking in the morning and do some crunches and sit ups!. =)

Two to three punds wont be hard to loose!.
Just cut like three hundred calories from your food each day!. So around like 1650 calories a day!.
And make sure to drink plenty of fluids!.
ALOT!.
Then exercise at least forty minutes a day!.
Or walk about 12,000 steps!. And work your core for 15 minutes every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat nothing but protein!. Without carbs your body burns fat!. It might work, but a week is pretty fast coming!. Your body has to burn the carbs you've already consumed before it hits the fat!.

you know what the best thing to do is!.!. just eat really healthy food ALL week!. it will make you feel slimmer!. 1 week to lose 2-3 pounds is hard!. you dont want to starve yourself!.!.
also do some more excersise!. go out for a run!.!. a walk!. anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd say eat really healthy foods and exercise a lot
but exercise in moderation
but just to be honest, losing 2-3lbs in a week seems like it would be hard to do
