First, to tone arms you have to build muscle, BUT you're lucky because women will not naturally ever "bulk up" when we work out, so any workout you do will only tone and go no further!.
Simply lifting weights in each hand (10-15lbs) will help!. Also try tricep lifts by holding one weight in both hands and lifting it up and down behind your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do light weight curls with high reps!. Also work your tricepts by either doing pull downs, skull crushers, or tri extensions using light weight and high reps!. By high reps I mean more than 13!. You want to feel a burn and a pump to your muscle when done!. Low weight will mean you will not get bulky muscle and high reps will help you to burn fat!. by the way, your tricept is the muscle on the back of your arm abover your elbow!. Working the muscles on the front and back of your arm will definitely make your arms look and feel tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pushups are the best all around upper body exercise that doesn't involve weights and they do work your arms!. If you want to do curls with dumbells, use light weight and do a lot of reps!. The heavier the weight and the fewer the reps, the more muscle building takes place!. Light weights work better for toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
