Having problems with weight loss?!


Question: Having problems with weight loss!?
I've been working out at the gym 3 nights a week, following the Weight Watchers plan and I'm having a hard time losing weight!. It's been 3 months and I've lost ONE pound!. Body fat went down 2%, but for every week I lose 2 or 3 pounds, I gain it over the month and wind up with only 1 pound of weight loss!. Gym workout consists of cardio or weights or both!. Am I not doing enough!? I tried this same routine a year ago with the same results!. I was thinking of going to a nutritionist!. I'm a healthy eater, but I just have the worst time losing the pounds!. Three years ago, I lost 30 pounds without blinking an eye, then plateaued!. First, make sure you are following the weight watchers plan, and not adding in any little extras like sugar packets, butter, etc!. that can add up quickly!. A nutrionist can never hurt, if you are willing to hire one!.
As for the gym, how long are you working out on those three nights!? Three days a week is not a lot, but if it is all you can fit in your schdule, make it count!. Makes sure you are checking your heart rate when doing cardio, and that it is really up where you want it to be, somewhere in the 150s is probably your target, with brief dips down into the 140s, then back up again! If you are only going 3 days a week, I recommend 2 of those being cardio, and the sessions should last 45 minutes to an hour at least!. The third day should be 45 minutes to an hour of strength training, with 15-20 minutes of intense cardio following!. Plus I would recommend getting an exercise band and/or some dumbells and keep at the strength training at home a couple more times a week as you can catch it, 15-20 minutes at a time!. Squats, lunges, push ups, dips and crunches can be done at home with no equipment, with the equipment you can add arm curls, kickbacks, chest press, etc!. Also wear a pedometer daily, and try to hit a goal of 10,000 steps a day!. It will encourage you to park further away at the grocery store, take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk after dinner, and other healthy choices!.
If your body fat is down, then youare doing something right!. Weight 2-3 lbs can flucuate due to water gain/loss, but the fat loss proves that you are getting somewhere!. Don't give up now, you can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast-don't skip breakfast spectial k and oatmeal is good or whole grain english muffins!.(for one bagel you can have a bowl of cereal fruit a glass of milk and a k bar!.
lunch- color color color make sure to eat fruit and vegetable and maybe a nice sandwitch!. also don't eat anything real salty or fatning!.
dinner- lean meat, fish, salad, tuna sandwitch with not alot of mayo lean cusin is good!.
dessert- fruit sorbet itilan ice sometimes if you have a day where you ate really healthy have a brownie or icecream or something like that!.
