How do i stop myself from eating when im bored?!


Question: How do i stop myself from eating when im bored!?
i always eat when im bored and its not healthy food either!. i have a bunch of organic food in my house but we have a minimal amount of bad stuff but i eat that!. i shouldnt and it will hurt me in the end!. i hate doing it but i cant stop my self and i'll end up over weight and i know it! i'm a healthy weight right now but i wont be later!. tips and tricks to stop myself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to have this problem too!.
when you get bored go outside and play some soccer
or go for a walk!.
get active and this should hold you for awhile!.
you can also drink a big glass of orange juice and fill you up!.
also if you look at things online like fitness stuff and how you should be healthy!. it can motivate you to not eat when your bored!.
just try it!. it helped me!.
and if you stay away from snacking when your bored for about two weeks, you eventually get out of the habit!.

drink lots and lots of water instead, keep your self busy, self restraint for the first while to eat the healthy stuff, eventually you will crave that, i know it sounds weird, but i trained my body that way!. as when i was around 14-18 i ate horrible when i craved things, now im alot better!.!. fast metabolism then, but already now its starting to slow and im only 20Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!.!.!.!.smoking a cigarette helps you lose your appetite (but please don't do that)

if you're going to eat anything at all, please eat celery!.!.!.it will help you lose weight and you have something to chew on when you're feeling bored!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem!!! The way i do it is to drink lots of water!. Keeps me feeling full longer!. Also I have to keep myself busy when i'm home!. I try to take 30 min walks everyday, when I have the time!. Anything to keep your brain going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
