Workout schedule?!

Workout schedule?

I'm looking for help setting up a workout schedule. For example.... doing chestand trcepts? one day and legs the next and than biceps and shoulders the next? I don't know how it works out but my main target area would be my chest. I want to more or less tone the rest of my body and right now I have almost nothing for chest.

I like the circuit training idea, that is the kind of stuff I do right now and probably would be more into if it is still nearly as effective as working different groups different days. Even with that any suggestions on chest exercises that are effective other than bench pressing(I will continue bench pressing, but is there any additional exercises that are effective?

The Arnold Schwerzinegger encyclopedia seems like a good idea and I will check that out if it's available online.


Answers:

Try curcuit training. Work the whole body at one time with minimal time between sets. You will be surprised how effective it is
