Question: I was workin on my biceps for like a week i stopped then they got saggy why!?
im also skinny and my left bicep is tight so do keep on exersise more then it well be tight or waWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well my guess is that you were working out with bodybuilding rep ranges like 10-12!. This is known as sarcoplasmic hypertrophy and has little to no increase on strengtyh in muscle or filament density increase!. It only serves to inflate muscles with sarcoplasm!. When this kind of hypertrophy ovccurs it can be lost within days!. Training for strength and myofibrillar hypertrophy will give lasting muscles!. This is strength training and is in the 3-5 rep range!. Train for strength!. Eat a lot, grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that just shows how important consistancy is!.
as you may already know when you work out, your muscles break down and then grow back even bigger and stronger (in about 48 hours!.)

from the time they are fully repaired, if you arent working out then they will begin to lose their mass in about 72 hours!.

this shows two things:
1!. You have to wait 48 hours from the time you trained to workout the same muscle group or else your muscles well not repair!.
2!. If you wait too long then you will lose muscle massWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is just how it is with working out!. You stop for 7 days and thats it, you just lose it all over!. It really sucks but thats why dedication is so important!.

People lose at different rates but after 7 days your bound to drop a significant amount no matter who you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
