My thighs are fat!!!!!?!


Question: My thighs are fat!!!!!!?
I'm really skinny!.!.except for!.!.my thighs!. I really need rid of this thigh fat!. I am 5'10" and 130 pounds!. but it seems like all the weight is in my thighs because my arms are like sticks compared to my thighs!. i am interested in modeling but can't with my thighs!. how do i get rid of this fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no matter what people say, you cannot target fat!. so get on a diet and do lots of cardio, and hope that your body decides to burn fat there!.!.!.if it doesnt then its probably hereditary, or you not dieting well enough!.!.!.!. if you work out your legs, you wouldnt necessarily lose fat there, you would gain muscle!. so dieting and cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do low impact aerobics, jogging, kick boxing, use the StairMaster, even walking will help!. Your thighs probably aren't fat but that will help slim them!. Aerobics workouts are the best for slimming because you use muscles that burn fat, where as sprinting muscles burn mainly sugars!.

If you feel uneven, which may be the real problem, you can also lift weights and to tone your arms, keep the weights light and do a large number of reps if you are afraid of bulking up your arms!. Try for 3 sets of 15 every other day!. And check youtube for the types of exercises you want to do!. Your arms will get a bit bigger but mainly you will have a nice trim defined muscles that will even you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but to get rid of the fat, you can do some cardio like biking or jogging!.!. this would definitely help!.
