Does the excerise ball work?
I am trying to loose weight and i have a excerise ball. does it really work? I also got a poster with all the excerises on it. should i do those ones? I've done it a few times and from what i've done i'm sore the day after and I believe that a good things. Also if you have any other suggestions on things i can do with it please tell me.
