Question: Most weight I can lose in 1 week!?
I'm not fat so don't start givin me advice not to eat twinkies or whatever!. I just want to feel extra good about myself at the beach next week because I'll need the boost of confidence, seeing as my cousins that I'm going with are ridiculously pretty, body and face!. There are swimsuits involved people, this is important!!

So!. What crazy weight-loss tricks (such as starvation, I'm open-minded) do you have up your sleeves!? I will definitely see a difference in a week if I do something effective!.

As long as you don't make it a long term thing, not eating for a few days won't hurt you!. Don't eat for as long as you can stand it!. You will feel hunger pangs, but realize it is not true hunger; try to constantly occupy yourself to keep your mind of food as well to keep yourself burning calories!. It is okay to only eat things with low calories including vegetables and small fruit!. Low calorie jello is less than 10 calories a serving and makes a good desert, and apples and oranges both are low in calories but make you feel full faster!. Of course, if you do not feel well, eat something! Try to take a multivitamin if you can!.

The majority you will "lose" is probably water weight, but that's still something!. Avoid salt because it causes water retention and can lead to bloat, and drink plenty of water-- always have a giant glass of water and carry water when you go out!.

If you don't typically exercise, do a bunch of squats and lunges!. You will see results even within a week if you are typically unactive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why would you want to starve yourself to look good for a few days at the beach!? unfortunately, thats how eating disorders start, you wanna losed a quick 5 lbs and downhill it goes from there!. why not try just eating healthy and exercising!?!? the weight will come off!. don't even try pills or any other crazy method, trust me they don't work and you actually end up gaining the weight back twofold!. every girl wants to look hot in a swimsuit, but not at the risk of personal health ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing a cleanse its much safer then crazy fad diets and can help your body inside not only outside!.The healthiest amount of weight to lose in a week is at most four pounds because you weight changes throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
