i know i am over weight but its been hard for me to lose weight cause i have been sick all my life and the tumor i had stunted my growth, i am only 4'11 and i am 17 almost 18, and i weigh almost 220 pounds, everyone says i look fine and i don't need to lose any weight but i know i need to plus my bf is a lot skinner, and more attractive then i am and i feel embarrassed when i am with him, it is hard for me to do very hard exercises like running miles and hard workouts because of the huge surgeries i have had, i was wondering how i could lose some pounds and look better for my boyfriend, i would love to be skinny for the first time in my life, and i was wondering anyone could give me some inspiration and help me out with a good diet and exercise plan i can do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

which really sucks because that requires effort!. ( i wish there were an easier way but there isn't)

you should check out www!.sparkpeople!.com it's a free website that is really amazing!. Each day you log in how much food you have eaten and it will track your calorie/fat/carb intake and will give you an exercise plan to follow too!. It's a bit of a shock to see how much fat and stuff you are really eating! You can tailor the exercise plan to suit your situation!.!.!.!.

-drink 8 glasses of water per day
-eat all kinds of fruits
-don't eat anything past 12 midnight
-if you have stairs at home, run up and down for half 15-20 mins!. (don't over do it)
-don't ever drive to school!. Either walk, bike, or take the bus to school!.

build your excercise routine slowly, a little more every day or even everyweek!. eat low fat and low sugar foods, vegetables and rice are very good, avoid soft drinks and don't skip meals because that will lower your metabolism!.

Eat 6 smaller meals a day, instead of the 3 square meals your probably used to, this will stimulate your metabolic rate!. Since your metabolism will be faster, you will be burning fat even as you rest!. Eat high protein, moderate carbs and low-fat diet!. Chicken (skin removed), turkey, tuna (or salmon), lean beef, lean pork, tofu and nuts (high in fat but it's unsaturated and full of nutrients and aminos) are some good options for protein!. For carbs stick with complex carbs like whole wheat cereal/pasta/bread, brown or wild rice, oatmeal, potatoes, yams (or sweet potatoes), and corn are some good options!. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Drink 8 cups of water everday and exercise!. Start out slow 10-15 minutes of cardio everday like brisk walking, swimming, eliptical machine or whatever will bring up your heart-rate!. Eventually work up to about 45 minutes to one hour a day!. Take 2 days off a week for recovery!.

Ok - why not try skipping and the rowing machine!? Both of these cardio workouts are excellent at fast weight loss because they're great fat burner and also they tone and strengthen arms, shoulders and legs at the same time!. If you did rowing and skipping 4 times a week for 20 mins combined then did some toning exercise with light weights (this helps you by increasing your metabolism), then after a coupe of weeks, you will notice improvements and be able to increase the amount of cardio you are doing!.
