Can i see results in 1 week?!


Question: Can i see results in 1 week!?
if i run 30 min!.
100 set ups!.
and 20 min of
abs exercise!?
eat very light not a lot and
not fat foods!.

would i see results fast!?
ima keep going but would i see
a little bit of results!?!?

please tell me how i can
lose belly fat fast!.

im 4'11 1/2
111 lbs

im fat!! i know

Yes, you MIGHT see results in 1 week!.!.u kno!.!.!.at the most, 2-3 pounds of body fat gone!. But DO NOT do it every day!. Maybe every other day, because you will tire-out your muscles, which will hurt you!.

You need a fitness planner and instructor!. You should train (if you want to lose fat fast) like and ultimate fighter!. Try to follow a fitness planners direct exactly and train cardio and upper/lower body in a cycle up to 8 hours daily!. You should starts seeing results in about a week or two!. You'll be sore for a while and it will hurt but you will get into a routine and almost enjoy it!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably won't see results that fast but within a month!.!.!.good dieting will play a big role!. go to mypyramid!.gov and click on the side where it says menu planner!. fill in the blanks it asks and then it will give you your serving amounts and all of that!. Just follow that and do at least 1 hour of exercise everyday!. You'll be looking healthier and feel much better than you did before!. remember in order to stay healthy you must do diet AND exercise!. And when you exercise, drink plenty of water!. You should drink at least three bottles of water a day!. I know how ridiculous it sounds but that's what my health teacher told me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
