Perfect diet, perfect exericse, whats wrong?!


Question: Perfect diet, perfect exericse, whats wrong!?
I eat 1400-2000 calories a day!. Its based on foods riched in carbs, protiens, and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and a lot of dairy products!. No junk food whatsoever!. I cut that out a long time ago!. I work out 6+ hours a week!. My problem is I am not losing weight and I am not gaining muscle!. (Muscle mass visible from the outside) I am however gaining muscle endurance and cardio!. Whats wrong!?

My workouts are intense (most people won't keep up it) and my diet is great!. Oh and don't be fooled by the avatar Im a guyWww@Answer-Health@Com

you cant gain more muscle mass if youre loosing weight!.!. your workout could be the "problem" are you lifting weights!? you should keep the repetitions somewhere around 6-12 to gain muscles!.!. if your repetitions are more that 12 it focuses more on muscle endurance!.!.

if your not loosing weigh it could mean that your gaining a little bit muscles cos muscle weights more that fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
