The best teenager diet, is to eat healthy food!. You can still eat good food, just make sure it isn't oily (frenchfries) etc!. You should run in the morning for 30 minutes or more, and also at night for the same amount of time!. And try only having 3 meals a day!. You can start with eating a healthy cereal in the morning, and then for lunch a sandwich or salad with chicken!. Stay away from pastas because they contain a lot of carbs!.
And don't forget to stretch before you run, or you can pull a muscle and it hurts pretty bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to push yourself little by little everyday!. as far as eating goes,
try and cut back on carbs such as pasta and breads!. i know, thier good but limit carb eating for just one time a week!. so youre not going crazy for them later down the road!. since its summer im sure youll have alot of time on your hands so run as much as you can and eat as many fruits and veggies, ( and if you dont like veggies, try eating salads) and good luck to you! i know you can lose the weight if you try and push yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

eat lots of fruits and vegetables
eat less of rice, pasta etc
drink lots of water!. dehydration slows down metabolism


i lost about 40 pounds in 2 years during middle school because we had to run 1/2 mile everyday except wednesdays (1 mile)

You don't need a diet!. Diets do NOT work!. You need to learn to eat healthy and pay attention to your proportions!. You need to keep exercising like you are, it is great! You are going to be so healthy for the rest of your life because you are starting out so young!

You should also do a google search for the Food Pyramid which will help you understand healthy eating a little better!.

One of the best things you can do to eat healthier (eating healthier and working out automatically leads to weight loss, no diets) is make sure you get plenty of fruits and vegetables (you could even try some v8, but get the low sodium kind) and cut down on sweets and sugar as much as possible!. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are like now, but I would recommend drinking nothing but water as much as possible!. I would also recommend drinking no caffeine whatsoever!. (My boyfriend lost 10 pounds just from cutting out caffeine and sodas) If you drink water most of the time and maybe have a soda every now and then, that is much better than drinking no water and all soda!.

I tried the south beach diet but I only did the first 2 weeks!. I felt that it really made a difference and I felt better!. well u never want to jump directly into a diet because tht can do more harm then good
but i think for a guy just eat 3 round meals a day no huge servings but eat things tht help ur body like vegitables and poultry, and a little bit of beef and fruit!. dont go out to fast food its a waste of money and they put wierd things in it!. ur 14 just eat right!. and if u run subsitute like breakfast with a power bar oh take soda completely out tht ads so much sugar tht turns into fat dont drink tht if u wana lose wait stick with water and apple juice!.
and i rele think u should run in the mornings not at night!.
when u strt ur day off with a run u feel great!.

Well, your exercizing, that's good!. Try limiting how much food you eat and what, like McDonalds= bad, Subway= good!. Fruit and vegetables are good, try to stay away from sugars!.!. you can find sugar in a lot of fruit!. remove salty foods ( anything like chips, or w/ alot of salt)
avoid eating minutes after going to bed
run 5 times a week for 25-30 minutes
eat 5 times a day ( every 3 hrs) snack like!.!.!.
drink water, green tea or coffe w/o sugar to boost up metabolism

I cut out the junk and played a select sport which required running alot!.
Dont eat as much crap!.
Salad!!! salad is healthy!. have you parents or yourself cut up tons of fruits and veggies on a sunday and eat it threwout the week!.
