500 calories burnt at the gym, Good Or Bad ??!


Question: 500 calories burnt at the gym, Good Or Bad !?!?
I am Trying To lose Weight , so i have started dieting and going to the gym 5 days a week, (weekdays)!. I burn 500 Calories every time i go by doing CARDIO, so that totals 2500 calories burnt a week on top of the calories my body burns up doing nothing!. I think i am near enough to 3500+ burnt a week, is this good or bad!. If not, can any one suggest anything else!?!.!.!.thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

From every study I have done on weight loss a deficit of 3500 calories per week is grand!. Burning 500 cals!. every time you work out is also good!. Keep it up but don't forget healthy eating and exercise can't be a one time fad to lose weight you have to incorporate those things as a part of your lifestyle forever if you want to keep the weight off!. Of course your exercise or calorie restrictions would be less intense once you've reached your desired weight!. Best of luck!

That's excellent!. However, you do need to cut your calories, too--exercise alone won't cause you to lose much weight!. If you cut out 500 calories/day, then you'd be 3500 calories further per week into your diet!. So that would be, including the 2500 calories burned exercising, 6000 calories/week less than before, which would be 1-1/2 or more pounds lost per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Drink 8 glasses of water a day!. Drink green tea, will help increase metabolism!. Stay away from sugars and starches!. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day!.
