How to get a 6 pack of abs?!


Question: How to get a 6 pack of abs!?
Ok ive been doing cardio alot with ab work outs and upper body workouts to keep it all in line!. But i seem to not be able to get all 6!. I have 4 pack but not the 6!. What are some good workouts to get the bottom!?

Also what are some good things to eat and drink after and before workouts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to build a 6 pack myself!. Heres what im doing:

- 4 sets of 50 crunches
- 20 bicycle crunches in between each set
- 4 sets of 50 crunches
- 20 reverse crunches in between each set

- 3km once or twice a week

I'm doing this workout every night unless my stomach feels sore!. If your stomach is sore, give it a rest and continue when it feels better!.
The run is very important, if theres fat over that layer you wont be able to see the 6 pack

its just how you built, i have a smaller top some people have like 8pac, and you have to eat or drink protein before and after workout 30minWww@Answer-Health@Com
