Well at first you should jog for as long as you can or do walking then jogging intervals if you can barely jog-but then you slowly increase your time and speed!. The great thing about running is that the more you do it-the more you want to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start off with about 15 minutes at about 4-5 times a week and then after 2 weeks or 1 week (you choice) go for 30 minutes running at 4-5 times a week - your stamina will increase hugely - aso, your legs will become stronger and you will become more leaner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
