Exercise is anything that gets your heart rate up and makes sweat and tired!.

Stick on some music you like and that can give you some motivation and start dancing, running in your place, do sit ups, crunches and anything else that gets your heart rate up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

theres two ways to look at this!. firstly there is actual training you can do: weights while watching tv,situps etc!. but there is also normal every day things that can become part of a routine workout: housework (cleaning floors,washing windows etc can all burn off calories and work different strength parts of ur body)!. you will probably be more motivated if you can create a more active lifestyle,before moving onto proper training exercises!.

Of course you can! If you can afford it, a stationery bike is good for cardiovascular workouts!. Some weights or a pull-up bar would help you to build strength and muscle!.
You can always purchase exercise dvds which you can pop in at anytime for an awesome sweat!.
Find one that you like that you'll be able to stick to and you can always change dvds for a nice mixture and variety!.
Tae bo, Turbo jam, the method cardio boot camp, or even P90x are some that I have found can give you really great results!.
If you're new to exercise, consult with your doctor before beginning!.

Sure! You can move, jump, dance and run on the spot to music!. You can buy or hire a treadmill, exercise bike or ellipitical trainer and do that at home!. You can step up and down off a step or jump rope!. You can do jumping jacks or jump on a mini trampoline!. I got fit running up and down my steep driveway for 20-30 minutes a night!. You can also buy exercise DVDs!.

dance around for 30 min!. or do pilates!. Do household chores or walk aroudn the house!. If you have stairs, walk up and down them for a few reps for 5 min!. straight 3 times a day!. If you have a dog, walk it!. Or play with it in the backyard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are TV shows early in the morning that are just exercise or you could buy/borrow exercise DVDs!. but I agree, any movement will work as exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
