Rice Diet?!


Question: Rice Diet!?
Would I be able to loose about 20 lbs if all I ate was rice!? I'm about 116 lbs, 5'1", and 14!. Is it healthy!? What other diets are there!?

I would like to suggest you to take only raw vegetables as a diet!.
It has been proved that raw veg and fruits are very effective to the body!. Get what all veg and fruits are helpful in loosing your weight, and eat it raw!. This will definitely show the result!. just have a look at this:

No!. You don't have enough fat on you to lose 20 lbs!.

But if you want to lose weight, rice is very good for you (BUT ONLY BROWN RICE! WHITE RICE IS TERRIBLE FOR YOU!)

Brown or unpolished rice is better!. White rice has too many carbos!. Multi-grains is good too!. Do not add sauce or gravy to them with vegetables and fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
