Answers:
To gain muscle strength you will need to do two things: 1) change your diet and 2) change your workouts!.

You should increase your intake of LEAN proteins: Fish, chicken, turkey, lean pork and lean beef as well as egg whites and dark green veggies!. You can also use supplements like protein bars and protein drinks/shakes!. Make sure you check the fat and sodium content of any supplements!. I would try for one that has less than 15% of it's calories from fat!.

For your fitness routine, you need to do weighlifting exercises or ones that target the particular muscle group you are working on!. A set of hand weights should be adequate to work on your arms, while squats, lunges, and other focused exercises can help with your legs!.

For increasing speed, multiple reps of sprints and agility routines will be a big help!. When I played basketball we did wind spints, running lines, and plenty of agility drills that helped me!.

Get a bunch of vegetable protein: soy (as in tofu or garbonzo beans, or hummus), black beans, etc!.

Lean meat proteins work too (chicken, fish), so long as you're avoiding processing that makes them fatty (frying, mostly)!.

Lots of water is always good; it probably won't add any substantial weight or muscle mass, but you need it in order to enable your body to process everything!.

Just don't go overboard w/ anything; moderation is the best method!. Combining a diet heavy in lean proteins w/ a strength-building exercise regimen (weights, pushups: simple stuff) will work if you keep at it throughout the off season!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you say footballer I am asuming you are on the other side of the world and mean soccer (lol jk) but yea!. To put on healthy weight, Id suggest you eat a lot of protein like chicken beef beefs lift weights! Sometimes you will have to eat past full because you're body is going to want to reject all the food!. Please don't get too bulky, don't forget to run and such!. Cardio will be very important if you don't want to get fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

brewing yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing!. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there!. Good for bones and
hair as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
