That is damn near impossible!. If you want to do it, three things are required!.
1) Keep eating, or your metabolism will think you're starving and shut down!.
2) Eat a balanced low calorie diet maybe ~1200 calories/day!.
3) Work out very very rigorously 6 days a week and lightly for 1 day!. You will need to burn 3000 calories through additional activity every day!.
This is based on a 2400 calorie/day diet!.
Start light, maybe only doing the equivalent of running 2 miles a day!. Then pick it up more so at the end to make up for it!. Long distance running promotes muscle and fat loss, reducing weight!. Chances are, your body will not be able to handle such rigorous workouts if you attempt them and you will be forced to slow down, at least for shin splints or something!.

I'm gonna have to go with liposuction or cutting off the legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut bread,cut rice,cut potatoes and cheese
cut dairy fat*drink skim*
eat fruits(not bananas)
eat veggies
drink loads of water
eat tuna and sardine every 2 days
go and work out ,,

Usually I suggest arranging removal of the limb you would miss least, however for that sort of loss I suspect you would need to part with an arm and a leg!. Weight loss of a pound or so a week, which might lose you 2-3 kgs, would be good going in 8 weeks!. It would require both diet and regular vigorous exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well without radical surgery or something it would be rather improbable and dangerous to lose that much in such a short amount of time but for any weight loss you usually need a dieting plan and exercise not much help I'm afraid but doctors and such would tell you the same thing, there are types of pills you can get with your doctors approval as well!.

Are you serious!?! That's over 8lb a week! Not only is that NOT POSSIBLE!! it's also DANGEROUS!.

1lb fat = 3,500kcals!. To lose 1lb a week, then you need to burn 500kcal/day more than you consume (7x500 = 3,500) to burn 2lb, 1000 more (1,000x7 = 7,000) but to burn 8!.25lb you would need to burn 4,125kcal *PER DAY* more than you consume!.

Should use a combination of balanced diet and exercises!. Aim for losing max 2 kg/wk!.
