How many weeks or months does it take to see results?!


Question: How many weeks or months does it take to see results!?
I started speed walking the treadmill 3x a week(MWF and lifting weights three times a week(TuesThursSat) with just one day without exercise!.

How many weeks or months will it take to start noticing results in strength and tone!? I don't care about weight, I just want to gain muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should start to see results soon!. Pay attention to how your clothes fit, and you may want to take measurements as well!. You'll see changes in those things before you see actual muscle definition, but it'll come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably after a week you will look and feel better!. It won't be drastic, but enough to smile at your accomplishments!. Try eatnig smaller meals and snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going and implement green tea into your diet for energy and digestion too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
