Question:

How do i get supermodel hot legs? (Such as the Victoria's Secret Models' ones)?

I would really like to know how to get thin (but toned) legs like the Victoria's Secret models. I am nearly 5'10 so i have the length but i don't know how to get them like theirs. I am generally slim in my upper body but i can't seem to get my thighs and butt slim and toned as well. I know i have to lose weight and have tried most leg exercises so can you guys pleasehelp me out? Thanks x0x


Answers:

You need to lose the weight on your legs which means lots of aerobic exercise. This is the only way to lose fat, it's over your entire body and you can't spot reduce only on one area.

Couple that with some light resistance exercises to work your legs. Things like lunges and deep squats can really work your legs. If you need to use more weight, hold a couple of dumbells in your hands while you do them. Don't go too heavy as you don't want bodybuilder legs. Just take it easy and do as many as you can.
