Question: My butt got smaller because of exercise!? picture included!?
this may sound so weird (no rude comments please) but my goal was the opposite i wanted to maybe obtain a bigger "bum" of course not huge since I cant expect that to happen, so i worked my way alot with squats, lunges!.!.!.etc steppers!.!.!.all of that i also walk alot, well i feel like it's smaller!? it measures more though!? not much though from a 37' to a 38' but i still feel or see it as smaller!.!.!.

when you work out ANY muscle high weight + low reps = bulk!.!.!.so if you do leg lifts use ankle weights!. The opposite; low weight+ high reps = lean !. A lot of squats and leg lifts etc will make your butt smaller because the muscle is becoming long and lean instead of bulky to pop it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lmao!. omg you do have a tiny butt! Well when you start any type of exercixe first you lose the extra weight (fat) then your muscle(s) start to grow!. That's kinda what happened to me (except I didn't want bigger buns, that was just aside effect) when I took up martial arts (from all my kicks)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't work for a bigger butt!. You should work for a more round/firm butt all men lik nice butts, but not all men like big butts!. If you have a nice butt it'll look great in anything no matter the size, a big butt isn't everythingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Looks average!. However, you could keep exercising if you wanted to get it smaller!. Do a lot of stair stepping or work out on a stair master, or elyptical trainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should add more weight to the workout so you can build up more muscle!. Talk to a trainer!. You probably burned off alot of fat in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the reason is!.!.!.because you lost weight!.!.!.you gained muscle!.!.!.muscle is more lean in density that fat (its skinnier) so yes it got bigger but at the same time!.!.!.lighter!.!.!.its hsould feel more firm now!.!.!.does it not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, exercise is usually to tone down certain areas of the body depending on the exercise routine you are currently doing!. But I don't see why you would want anything bigger, you look perfectly fine the way you are!.

The reason why you probably feel that it is smaller is because its been toned up, more muscle, etc, which is a good thing, unless that isn't what you were aiming for!.

Especially with the exercises you said you were doing (Squats, Lunges, Steppers) those are all exercises that tone up the lower body, which includes your butt, which is probably why you said you feel it is smaller, but from the looks of it, it looks fine the way it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
