How can I prevent getting loose skin during weight loss?!

Question:

How can I prevent getting loose skin during weight loss?

I'm a 27 year old female who stands at 5"11. I weigh 220 lbs and I'm determined to lose 70-80 lbs with good old fashion diet and exercise.

I’ve gradually gained weight over the last 10 years, especially right after high school I gained like 40 lbs over the course of two years right after graduation. I really want to lose weight, but I'm afraid of the saggy mess that may follow. I can't afford the plastic surgery to get nipped and tucked, nor do I want to be cut open to begin with.

Does doing any of the following really help any… lose weight slowly, weight training, drinking lots of water, using creams (recommendations, please!), does being tall help, or will my skin sag no matter what I do.

A Doctors opinion would be a major bonus :), even though I’m open to all recommendations. Sharing personal experiences on this issue would be great also!

Answers:

Ok, heres what you do....

1. As your losing fat, DO WEGHIT TRAINING, not only does weight training tone your muscles under your skin pulling your skin closer to the muslce but it also tones the skin

2. Drinking water helps to flush and refresh your system, so i'd say do that, if your for major weghit loss, id try drinking a gallon a day

3. CREAMS DONT WORK!!!!, but vitamin e helps

4. Keep it Up, it can turn around on you in a second

Now, That Should help tone your skin and muscles and help decrease fat all at the same time. It will be quite some time till your at Your goal weghit, but like i said, dont give up
